“An Apple for an Apple” by Miles Kurosky
This is a song off the album “The Desert of Shallow Effects” by Miles Kurosky which came out last month. I haven’t actually listened to the album yet but I did enjoy this track. “An Apple for an Apple” starts off kind of like a drunken version of a “Beirut” song with a sloppy horn swaying back and forth. It then quickly transitions into this quirky pop tune that finds an odd balance between polka, 90’s(ish) rock, and playground rhymes.
Feel like that is the type of horrible description I usually hate but that’s really all I’ve got.
